Frequently asked questions

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, posts, comments, and photos from our servers.

How do I report a post or block someone?

Tap the ••• menu on any post or comment to report it, or open a user's profile to block them. We review all reports promptly.

Is my location shared?

Your precise location never leaves your device. Only the café name and city/region you choose to attach to a post are shared — and only with your friends.

Who can see my posts?

Only friends you've accepted. There is no public feed, no algorithm, and no ads.
